What self-service means
You replace the filters yourself. Replacement filters are delivered every 6 months throughout the plan. The water outlet is UV-sterilised automatically once every hour and the internal water pipes are heat-sterilised once a week; you still need to replace the filters.
Technician checks for purifier issues are available on request, free of charge under the applicable plan terms. Warranty and repairs follow the LG contract. Early termination may incur charges.
