What room size is WallFit designed for?+

The Malaysian model has a recommended area of 59.4 m². Room layout, open doors, airflow obstructions and the installation position can affect performance.

How does the filtration work?+

A pre-filter captures larger particles. The dust collection filter reduces fine particles, while the deodorization filter addresses household odours and specified gases. Air enters through the front and leaves through the top and bottom outlets.

Where can I place it?+

Use a firm, level floor with the base stand fitted. LG’s manual asks for more than 1 metre of space on each side so the air intake stays clear. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. LG’s authorised installer will check the proposed position.

Does WallFit include wall mounting or a shelf kit?+

Confirm any wall-mounting arrangement, accessory availability and extra charges with your advisor before ordering. The product shown here is the stand type; the Malaysian plan does not establish an included wall-mount or shelf kit.

How can I check air quality?+

The PM1.0 and odour sensors feed the four-colour indicator. Green means good, yellow moderate, orange unhealthy and red poor. The colour reflects whichever reading is worse: particles or odour.

Can I connect it to my phone?+

WallFit supports LG ThinQ on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Follow the app to connect the purifier, manage available settings and use Smart Diagnosis. Available app functions can vary by model and software version.

What is the difference between Regular Visit and Self Service?+

Both care cycles are every 12 months. Regular Visit covers filter, sensor, inlet and outlet cleaning plus an assembly and product check. Self Service provides HEPA filter replacement. Select the care option and contract length in the price table.

When should I clean or replace the filter?+

Follow the filter status alert and the manual. Usage and the surrounding air can change the replacement timing. Turn off and unplug the purifier before maintenance, and do not wash the filter with water.

Is a remote controller included?+

The Malaysian manual lists the remote controller as sold separately. Confirm availability before ordering if you want remote control of the airflow direction or other functions.

What needs to be confirmed before installation?+

Installation depends on stock, credit approval and a suitable installation location. LG requires an authorised service provider to carry out installation. Ask your advisor to confirm the current plan, installation conditions and any additional charges.
