Steam Allergy Care

Keep the drum, drawer and filter clean

Clean the door seal and detergent drawer, check the drain pump filter and use Tub Clean as instructed in LG’s manual. Scheduled service complements the care you carry out between visits.

Controls and LG ThinQ

Set a cycle, then check it from your phone

Use the dial to choose a programme. With LG ThinQ, you can use Remote Start, download a cycle, monitor energy use and check the Tub Clean Coach.

Requires the LG ThinQ app, a compatible phone and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. Activate Remote Start on the appliance first; features depend on connection and service conditions.

Before you choose your plan

Can I wash and dry the full 11 kg in one cycle?

The wash capacity is 11 kg and the dry capacity is 7 kg. For a continuous wash-and-dry load, stay within the drying limit and the chosen programme’s limit. Split a full wash load before drying.

How long does TurboWash 39 take?

LG describes approximately 39 minutes for a lightly soiled load of up to 4 kg. Actual time varies with the load, water supply and selected options. This is a washing programme; it does not include drying.

Does this model connect to LG ThinQ?

Yes. LG’s manual for FX1411R5WR describes Remote Start, Download Cycle, Tub Clean Coach, Energy Monitoring and Smart Diagnosis. A compatible phone, the LG ThinQ app and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi are required.

What is the difference between the two care plans?

Regular Visit includes a service visit every 6 months. Combine Maintenance pairs self-service every 6 months with a service visit every 12 months. Both are offered on five- and seven-year contracts.

What happens after the first 12 months?

The selected plan returns to its normal monthly rate from month 13. The seven-year Combine plan is RM38/month for 12 months, then RM75/month for the remaining 72 months. Each plan’s normal rate appears beside its introductory price.

What should I check before installation?

Check the 600 mm width, 850 mm height, 620 mm overall depth and 1100 mm depth with the door open. Allow the installation clearances specified by LG, a suitable cold-water supply, drainage and an earthed power socket. Your advisor must confirm stock, coverage, credit approval and installation suitability.
