Rental Agreement Summary

Important Notice

The actual binding agreement is the Sales Order Form signed between the customer and LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. Please contact LG Electronics directly for the full contract terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the signed Sales Order Form shall prevail.
Subscription Plans
LG Subscribe offers three subscription durations, each with a fixed monthly fee for the entire term:
3 Years
3+0 Plan
5 Years
5+0 Plan
7 Years
7+0 Plan
Payment Methods
Monthly subscription fees are payable via the following methods:
- Credit or debit card (auto-debit)
- Bank transfer
- Cheque
Cash payments are not accepted.
Ownership
The appliance remains the property of LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. throughout the subscription period. Ownership of the appliance transfers to the customer only upon full payment of all subscription fees and any other applicable charges.
Cooling-Off Period
Customers are entitled to a 10 working days cooling-off period from the date of delivery. During this period, you may cancel the subscription and return the appliance subject to the terms specified in the Sales Order Form.
Early Termination
If you wish to terminate your subscription before the end of the agreed term, an early termination fee applies. The termination fee is equal to 100% of the remaining subscription fees for the balance of the contract period.
Default and Non-Payment
In the event of non-payment for 4 or more consecutive months, LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to:
- Terminate the subscription agreement
- Repossess the appliance
- Report the default to a Credit Reporting Agency
Relocation
Customers are entitled to 1 free relocation per year during the warranty period, within LG's designated service areas. Additional relocations or relocations outside the service area may incur charges.
Unauthorized relocation of the appliance will void the warranty.
Maintenance
Depending on the product and subscription plan, maintenance services are provided under the following types:
Self Service
Customer-performed maintenance with guidance and replacement parts provided by LGE.
Regular Visit
Scheduled maintenance visits by LGE-authorised technicians at regular intervals.
Combine Maintenance
A combination of self-service maintenance and scheduled technician visits.
