Which model suits my home?
Tell your advisor about your space, household and monthly budget. They shortlist models and check stock and installation needs before you apply.
Do I need to be approved?
Yes. LG assesses each application, which can include identity, document, CTOS/CCRIS and credit checks. Your advisor tells you which documents to prepare before anything is submitted.
Who delivers and installs it?
LG or its appointed provider. Your advisor checks your space and requirements with you first, and LG confirms whether installation is feasible.
What servicing is included?
It depends on the plan. Self Service: LG sends the filters or parts and you replace them. Regular Visit: an LG-authorised technician visits on a schedule. Combine: a mix of both. Each plan shows its service type.
Can I end the plan early?
You can cancel within the 10-working-day cooling-off period from delivery. After that, ending early costs 100% of the remaining monthly fees. The LG Sales Order Form you sign sets the binding terms.
