lgsubscribe.asia is operated by Vacant Ideas (Registration No. 202203127666 / TR0264246-H) under the HomeHelm brand. It is a sales enquiry and product-information channel used by LG Subscribe sales agents. It is not the official website of LG Electronics.

HomeHelm provides product and promotion information, plan comparison, preliminary fit checks, enquiry routing, sales guidance and communication with an assigned sales agent.

HomeHelm sales agents may receive commission when a customer successfully subscribes through them.

LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. and/or its appointed providers handle, as applicable, final application approval, the official contract, billing, delivery, installation, warranty, repairs and technical maintenance or service under LG's applicable terms.

A HomeHelm advisor may help with sales or order questions but does not replace LG's official technical or warranty channels.

This website does not take payment or create an LG Subscribe contract. A fit-check result is preliminary and does not confirm installation feasibility, eligibility, application approval, stock or a contractual offer.

Prices, promotions, availability and eligibility shown on this website are for customer reference and remain subject to confirmation under the applicable LG Subscribe promotion and official application or order documents.

When an introductory monthly rate is displayed, the later monthly rate and relevant plan term should be read with it. LG's official documents prevail if they differ from this website.

HomeHelm website copy, software and original design materials belong to Vacant Ideas or its licensors. Product names, photographs, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. LG, LG Subscribe, LG PuriCare and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reuse third-party marks or assets beyond rights supplied by the relevant owner.

WhatsApp and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, payment-card details or passwords through the fit check or first sales message. An official LG application may require additional information through LG's designated process.
