Where would it go?

One question so your advisor can suggest a model.

Ask a HomeHelm advisor to check

Leave your WhatsApp number and area. Your advisor checks stock, the plan and installation needs with you.

This is an enquiry, not an application. You ask a HomeHelm advisor to contact you about this enquiry when you submit. Read how we handle your data in our Privacy Notice. LG assesses any later application under its standard eligibility and approval process.

Common questions

Do I need to be approved?

Yes. LG assesses each application, which can include identity, document, CTOS/CCRIS and credit checks. Your advisor tells you which documents to prepare before anything is submitted.

Is the first monthly price the price for the whole contract?

Only when no promotion applies. A promotional price covers the stated months only. Each plan shows the later monthly amount, term and calculated total.

Can I end the plan early?

You can cancel within the 10-working-day cooling-off period from delivery. After that, ending early costs 100% of the remaining monthly fees. The LG Sales Order Form you sign sets the binding terms.

Is this an LG Electronics website?

No. Vacant Ideas operates this sales enquiry site under the HomeHelm brand. LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. and/or its appointed providers handle the official application, contract, billing, delivery, installation, warranty and technical service.
