Common questions

Do I need to be approved?

Yes. LG assesses each application, which can include identity, document, CTOS/CCRIS and credit checks. Your advisor tells you which documents to prepare before anything is submitted.

Is the first monthly price the price for the whole contract?

Only when no promotion applies. A promotional price covers the stated months only. Each plan shows the later monthly amount, term and calculated total.

Can I end the plan early?

You can cancel within the 10-working-day cooling-off period from delivery. After that, ending early costs 100% of the remaining monthly fees. The LG Sales Order Form you sign sets the binding terms.

Is this an LG Electronics website?
